Canceling a Marketing Pro MAX subscription
If you have subscribed to Marketing Pro using the Marketing Pro Advance Express (MAX) program, complete the Marketing Pro MAX cancellation form on our website to cancel your subscription. Provide the EFIN, email address and contact information you used when signing up for Marketing Pro MAX.
Once the cancellation is processed, your subscription will expire at the end of the 1-year term of the selected plan, and you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid for the selected plan.
Canceling a monthly or annual Marketing Pro subscription (credit card payment)
If you have a monthly or annual subscription to Marketing and you pay with credit card, start by logging into your Marketing Pro account.
Select your profile name at the top right corner of the browser, then select "Settings". You may also select "Settings" from the bottom of the left side menu.
Under the "My Business" column select "My Account".
On the following page select "Cancel Subscription" and then follow the remaining steps to cancel your Marketing Pro subscription.
Once the cancellation is processed, your plan will expire at the end of the monthly or annual term of the selected plan, and you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid for the selected plan.

To qualify for Marketing Pro Advance Express you must be enrolled with Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, and have 1 or more taxpayers that applied for the Refund Transfer and received IRS and/or State funding in the previous tax season.
