As long as there is no current payment on record, a taxpayer can be removed from the Auto Collect process from the Auto Collect Management page. This page will be available after the conclusion of tax season. Once there is a payment on record there is no way to stop the debit.
Once the feature is available you will be able to login to our website and visit the Auto Collect Account Management page. Identify the client and click "Stop Collection" to remove them from the collection process.
