If you are opted-in to the Auto Collect program, clients who select the pay-by-refund option and provide a valid email address are eligible for the Auto Collect program. These taxpayers are added to the Auto Collect program once they are at least 1 month past their expected IRS funding date.

AutoCollect is an optional service provided by Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG).  Fees apply to the ERO only with respect to successful collections. SBTPG is facilitating collections that are being made directly through EROs.
