When opted-in to the Auto Collect program, we will contact past due clients on your behalf via email. 

Your taxpayers will be instructed to visit our secure website where taxpayers can view their account information and choose to pay your tax preparation fees using a credit card or the bank account they used in their RT application.

AutoCollect is an optional service provided by Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG).  Fees apply to the ERO only with respect to successful collections. SBTPG is facilitating collections that are being made directly through EROs.
