Where can I find forms?


Forms are posted at the start of every tax season. The following forms are available for the 2022 tax season.


Best Practices Guide - Outlines basic dos and don’ts of the program

Compliance Memo - Required reading which outlines what is needed to successfully pass an audit.

ERO Checklist - Required reading which provides a quick checklist of the steps involved in offering tax-related products.

Financial Services Agreement - The contract between you, the bank and Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.

Good Funds Check Cashing Agreement - Present this form to local banks and/or check cashing businesses to develop a relationship and verify the validity of cashier’s checks issued by your office.

Product Start and End Dates - Lists when TPG products are available.


Coming in 2022

During the 2022 tax season forms will be made available on our Tax Professional site. At that time you will be able to log in and select "Forms" from the side navigation to find forms that are currently available.
