What happens if a taxpayer lost their Green Dot card?

If a taxpayer loses their card before money has been loaded on the card, please ask them to contact TPG by visiting help.sbtpg.com or by calling 800.901.6663. If money has already been loaded on the card, please ask your client to contact Green Dot by visiting greendot.com or calling 866.795.7597.
