You will receive a check print record for any approved FastCashADVANCE that is disbursed by check.
Taxpayers that selected a Green Dot card will be notified directly when the FastCashADVANCE has been loaded to the card, if the taxpayer's contact information is provided in the software. Taxpayers may edit email and text message notification preferences by logging onto the Green Dot website.
Approved advances may also be viewed by logging onto the TPG website and visiting the Reports page.
How is the rest of the taxpayer's refund issued?
Whether your client is approved or denied for the FastCashADVANCE, the balance of their refund will be issued by the disbursement method selected at the time of filing.
How is the fee paid?
TPG will deduct the fee from your tax preparation fees only on approved advances. Logon to our website and visit the report page to track your fees.
Fast Cash Advance is provided by First Century Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, not affiliated with TPG. Separate fees apply if the taxpayer selects a Refund Transfer. A Refund Transfer is not required for the Fast Cash Advance. Not all consumers will qualify for a loan or for the maximum loan amount.
