How to change a Marketing Pro plan

If you are currently subscribed to Marketing Pro and looking to change your plan follow the instructions below.

 

Subscribers paying by credit card

If you are currently subscribed to Marketing Pro and paying by credit card follow these instructions to make changes to your plan.

 

Step 1 - Log in to Marketing Pro

Step 2 - Select "Settings" from the left side menu, then select "My Account".

Step 3 - Select "Change Plan" and follow instructions on the next screen.

Subscribers paying with Marketing Pro Advance Express (MAX)

If you are currently subscribed to Marketing Pro and paying with the Marketing Pro MAX program contact customer support either by creating a support case or by contacting customer support. Please provide the following:

  • Your EFIN
  • Email address used to setup your Marketing Pro account
  • The change that you would like to make to your current subscription

Separate fees apply for the Marketing Pro service. Santa Barbara Tax Products Group and Green Dot Corporation cannot and do not guarantee your ability to obtain specific results in connection with our products and services.

To qualify for Marketing Pro Advance Express you must be enrolled with Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, and have 1 or more taxpayers that applied for the Refund Transfer and received IRS and/or State funding in the previous tax season.
