Bank account changes must be made through your tax preparation software provider. This may be done either in your tax preparation software or from your software provider's website. Contact your software provider for assistance.
Once your information is updated your software provider will retransmit your updated information to us. After that, view the updated information by logging into our website, select Account and scroll down to the Bank account info section.
Please be aware that any updates to your bank account information may not immediately reflect in payments already in process. Distributions of fees within 3 to 5 business days of your update may still be directed to the previously registered account.
We encourage you to verify your account details in advance to avoid any disruptions or delays in receiving payments.
