Why do I keep seeing a message to verify my profile?


If you verified your profile but continue to see a message at the top of the page reminding you to confirm your profile information, you may have multiple records. 


After logging onto our website click on your office name. Hover over the pull down menu to see every record you have on file with TPG. 



If you enrolled with TPG through more than one software provider or program you will see multiple records as shown in the example below. Click on each record. 



Visit My Profile to verify information and/or agree to the Financial Services Agreement for each record.
